A Modular System That Adapts as the Space Does
Optima offers modular and reusable glass and solid partition systems that allow for the effortless creation of open, semi-open, or enclosed office spaces to suit different stages of use.
Whether it’s for private offices, co-working spaces, or flexible work environments like ABW (Activity-Based Working) and NCE (Neighborhood Choice Environment), Optima partitions can be easily reconfigured or replaced to evolve with business growth and organizational changes.
The system employs Ghost dry joint technology, eliminating the need for silicone and enabling fast, clean installation or modifications without wet trades, minimizing on-site disruption and shortening construction time.
More importantly, we go beyond product supply by offering complete system planning and reconfiguration services to help businesses maintain long-term spatial efficiency while reducing renovation frequency and resource waste.
Where a space needs dividing and reopening rather than reconfiguring, IWC operable walls offer another answer. Full glass panels hang from a ceiling track: extended they form an independent zone, stacked away the space is one again. Layouts change in minutes, with no construction work.
Demountable, and reusable
Modular components are mechanically jointed, so once dismantled they move to a new floor or office and rebuild, with most of the glass, framing and door sets carried over. A conventional stud partition can only be scrapped, and that is the fundamental difference in cost structure.
Typical cases are team growth, reorganisation, relocation at the end of a lease, and the desk changes hybrid working brings. How much carries over depends on the new floor to ceiling height, the openings and the existing module width, which we estimate at assessment stage.
